F35: Footage from Nepal

I shot a short recently in Kathmandu and figured I would share some screen grabs. Everything was natural light :cheesy: Ungraded, just S-Log > LC709A & S-Gamut > Rec709 LUTs on there for dailies.

Looks amazing! Am I understanding this correctly: You used separate luts for conversion of s-log and s-gamut?

Yep most of the S-Log1 luts out there don't include a color transform so you need to either use a color matrix or a second lut when going into Rec709. If you use ACES this is taken care of for you but I think ACES looks too harsh out of the box.

Are you using the slog2 version of LC709A? I'm asking because when I apply that to my own footage it tends to get oversaturated, not at all like your beautiful grabs here. Sorry for all the questions, but I'd love to steal your workflow :)
