GH2 follow focus with panasonic and olympus lens

Hello,

Is it possible to use a follow focus with these following lens in the GH2:
- Olympus 14-54mm
- Pana 20mm
- Pana 14-140

Any model recommendation ?

I have tried with the 14-140 but it's difficult because with the Panny lenses you have to "hunt" for the focus. I think the friction follow focuses may work... I haven't tried yet, but it's probably easier to use the non-micro 4/3 lenses like canon fd, nikon, etc if you're going to use most follow focuses.
