Follow Focus? Useful on Fuji?

Obviously the focus travel (amount of turn needed) on these ENG lenses is *very* short, when shooting with a shallow DOF. I'd like to get a FF unit, but concerned that if the travel is the same on the FF as it is on the lens, it'll be VERY hard for an AC to handle.
Wondering what 1st-hand impressions are using a FF on a Fuji CAC lens.

I use a Chrosziel FF regularly with the Fujinon lens. I use it hand held and have footage written on the scale, which is visible from the finder (on the DV Follow Focus the focus scale wraps around the knob rather than being flat and perpendicular to it) so I can quickly estimate distance while shooting...

The gear wheel tends to reduce the ratio enough that fine-tuning focus is easier, and it is also easier to repeat a focus setting accurately... the Fujinon does require a special gear wheel for the FF unit though...

Do you prefer single or dual? If you have single, any times you wished you hand dual? (Assuming you've an AC for pulling.)

dual is good because you cant flip the single on the fuji lens because it is an ENG lens and has the electronics on the right side of the barrel

The speed crank is a valuable accessory on the ENG-style B4 lenses. Really gross moves don't translate well across the long-travel barrel on a 1:1 ratio FF.

For our dual wheel follow focus, I usually recommend the smallest diameter Fujinon gear which is 38mm.

The Chrosziel DV follow focus is single sided, which is fine for my use because of how I described I use it above..

I have an older dual sided follow focus (don't even know the make, it came with my super16 Aaton when I bought it used 20 years ago) when I need it, but I hardly ever do...
