follow focus question

The follow focus will be attached to the lenses that you will attach to the adapter not the camera lenses. Being that the camera is shooting an image, the other lens controls follow/rack focus on the image being projected.
 
The lens you are using isn't a cinema lens, then you'll have to buy an aftermarket gear for it, they can cost between 50 to 200 bucks, and you may need several if your lenses are different diameters.
