Focus Ring stopped Working - Service in Toronto??

Hi People,

The Focus Ring of my DVX 100A stopped working. Could someone tell me where can I get it repaired in Toronto - Canada. Has it happeded to anybody before? How much will I have to spend?

My suggestion would be Panasonic Canada in Mississauga. I dunno if that helps, but that's where I would go. I've heard stories of people being dissapointed with the service that they've had with other places, so I'd go right to the people that actually deal with the DVX :)
