OK, I couldn't find this issue addressed anywhere else.
I have a brand new DVX100b. When I'm shooting landscapes (300yrds+), I usually zoom in all the way, focus on something(like a tree), then, zoom all the way out and start rolling.
My issue with this is that the sharpest image is achieved when focus is at 94-96, not at 99 (infinity). Things go soft just over 96. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this normal?
Thanks, Chris:huh:
