EVA1: Focus Peaking "Invalid" after One Push Auto Focus

When using one push auto focus I like to enable focus peaking afterward to make sure the Auto is on point. I almost always (not every time) get "Invalid" immediately after using the auto focus. If I hit menu, then exit, focus peaking works again. Anyone?

Is it not working at all after that, or do you really just mean when you try to activate "immediately" afterwards? On my P2 Vari, you can't activate perform some functions for a few seconds after doing/activating certain things, I guess presumably while the camera is "thinking/processing"(out of internal computer/memory resources).

At all, unfortunately. But as I mentioned, if I jump in and out of main menu real quick it works again. Definitely a random quirk.

Same issue with punch-in/magnify focus as well.

Partly resolved with Panasonic. One push auto had to be temporarily assigned to a user button on the actual camera body, not the side grip. Peaking works fine now that I changed the assignment.

Seems like an easy fix for next firmware release.

Unfortunately, this does not work for the same issue with zebra after expanded focus.

Edit: Zebra does not work with the LCD contrast/brightness altered... Without it's working just fine.
