GH4 focus magnifier box

I know this question is kind of dumb, but I cant figure out how to disable of the focus magnifier box in the middle of the lcd. here's an image. http://i.imgur.com/UCXpfc4.jpg

I've tried going through the menu, and searching the internet but I've had no luck figuring out how to get rid of it. Can someone please help ?Damn, thing is annoying. thanks!

I have a GH3 but it's probably the same as the GH4. The GH3 displays icons for the AF mode you choose using the F3 function button (default setting) and the box is a result of choosing the 1-area focus mode. To eliminate focusing icons, you should move the switch next to the viewfinder to MF. Hope this helps.
