Focus FS-100 issues!!!

I would like to know if anyone has every had issues like "wait time" on the FS-100. I have sent the device into Focus and they have replaced the HDD and the Fireports. Yes, both of them. The problem is after I shoot a clip I have to wait minutes for it to become operable again. Once, I hit the record button the camera, I have to sit there and wait for it. It just states "Please wait..." I essentially bought a broken device from Focus. Does anyone know if wait times are normal after shooting several shots? If it is then this device is working backwards in a workflow that is supposed to be one of the best.

That is exactly what I didn't want to hear. The problem just becomes more apparent once the drive is used more than five minutes. I want to test the firewire port on the camera, but I'm guessing I have to send it in to Panasonic to verify it is working. I'm ready to throw the thing out the window. I should have gone with the P2 cards. Hopefully Focus can resolve the issue by replacing the unit instead of all the parts again.

Thanks Chris. I have been kind of nice with them up to this point. Im just getting extremely frustrated. I have sent them an email requesting a new device. Hopefully someone helps out.
