Okay, I have my new HVX200. Now I'm waiting for the release of the FS-100 from FE. However, I have a concern. Looking at their website, I noticed there was no sales contact #. Also, when calling tech support, I found that one is asked to either leave a message, or see the website for answers. This doesn't give me a warm fuzzy. I've already had bad experiences with another major player in this biz regarding customer support. It seems that some companies cut costs in this arena, and do not want to talk with customers on the phone.

Have any of you had any experiences with Focus Enhancements?

All I did was give them my email to tell me when the FS100 is shipping. There is a link at the bottom of the page.
They will send you an email confirming it in a few days.

I ordered a FS100 in Feb, when I checked on Wednesday with Barb at AVS, she said she had been contact with FE and they said they were still on track for late March delivery. We are planning on sometime in April. I have rec'd 2 emails from FE stating the same. As soon as mine comes in I will post.
