I just read this from the FocusEnhancements website today:

SDI and HD-SDI Camcorder Support
It is now possible to use FireStore FS-3 with Digital Betacam, BetcamSX, MPEG IMX, DVCPro50, HDCAM and DVCProHD camcorders utilizing Miranda DVC-100 and DVC-800 series converters. New control modes allow FS-3 recordings to be triggered by the camcorder.


So that means if I buy the FS-3 and use the firmware, I can have DVCPROHD Support NOW?

That's a good question. And what does this mean for the Canon and JVC?
