FLV Compression

[ZFHProductions]

I am new to the HD game and am trying to figure out the best way to compress my edited videos to play on a flash player hosted on my website. I want to try to keep file size at a decent size for streaming but I don't want to have a big loss in quality.
I am using Final Cut Pro 6. Any tips would be appreciated.

I encode to FLV at the following settings:
Flash 8
800x450
VBR 1500kbps
MP3 125kps
They come out great and are not that big. I am using Adobe Premiere, but think those settings would work fine with FCP. Here is an example video http://www.speedandmotion.com/pages/ferrariscuderiadrive/index.html
