Fluorescent Lighting from cieling source... flickering issue?

I looked over some test footage of a scene lit with fluorescent lighting tubes which were in store lights on the ceiling (40 watt and 48" tubes) and notice when I fast forward through the footage, the video picks up a slight dimming (in and out, in and out, in and out). Is there any shutter speed setting I can have it on where it will not do that? It's on f/1.48 with the DVX100 camera. Also, perhaps it's the lights themselves... The lighting fixtures are on the ceiling, easy to access and they are tubes (3 connecting to each other and CAN be taken out and replaced by non-dimming ones if possible).

I understand they may have tube lights specifically for video? Maybe that's a possibility as well?

Any links or info will help tremendously...thanks.

There's a flouro preset scene file on the camera that can help but yeah in general you do not want to record under florescent lighting if you can help it. You can rent Kino Flos but that's dang expensive.

What is the preset on the camera? I do have access to Kino Flo's but I wanted to try some practice with the practical lights from the fluorescent lights above.
