[WTB] Fluid head tripod for under $350

My friend is just getting started in the film production industry and I am helping him out by looking for a tripod for him. Doesn't need to be super heavy duty as he shoots with a GH3. No spreader legs please, as he shoots mostly outdoor adventure stuff. Please PM or post if you have something for sale!

First, I have a Sachtler Video 14 head that I am about to list for about $350, no legs. I've used this head on a Gitzo 505 aluminum tripod with a 75mm bowl that I will be selling separately. Let me know if this interests your friend. It might be overkill for a GH3, but he will have a more robust setup should he move up to a cage, rails and accessories.
 
I have a Benro S6 head too and I'd really suggest the S8 head and I'd suggest it on a 75mm or 100mm claw ball, not the little Benro leveler because it is a real flex spot. It works for me, but I'm not doing this for money and can fool with it a little each set up. GH2 with FD lenses, follow focus, matte box, and full cage is getting to the outside limits of the S6 head. Lighten it up and put a short slider on the tripod and you are pretty much done with weight/stress limits.

There is a place near NYC that sells on ebay, he is an authorized dealer and normally has a few listed for enough money under B&H to buy from him. He also sells show demos with full warranty and sticks with an S8 would just about fit in that $350 range.

That said people are selling Vinten Vision series gear for the same price used, might be worth looking into this as a much better option.
