FS7: Fluctuation in exposure

I've started to see something strange on some of (but not all of my) my video. Sudden changes in exposure of about a 1/4 stop. I can see it both in the picture and on the WF monitor. It is unfortunately intermittent. Anyone else experience this? I've just upgraded from version 2.0 to 4.10 software in hopes that it will go away. But I have a bad feeling it's something inside the electronics. Anyone has experience with Sony repair facilities on this camera? Thanks for your help.
 
Have you verified that some setting isn't accidentally set to automatic? The only time i've had this happen is when the ISO accidentally gets bumped into AUTO mode. Other than that, i've never experienced any similar phenomenon with my FS7

I've noticed after about 2yrs the aperture ring on my nikon>emount metabones has become a little lose and if I bump it (not a turn but push the ring from the side) it will change exposure ever so slightly even though the ring hasn't technically rotated. Took me a bit to figure out exactly why it was happening as I wasn't turning the ring just touched it with part of my hand.
