Flower Captures

Hey All! First time posting images...

My boss comes up to me and he says to me, he says, "we need footage of flowers for this florist commercial". And I says back to him, I says, "can do", and I go gets me DVX and shoots the flowers...

24P regular, letterbox added in post (thanks to imageshack.us) (hopefully these links will work...)

They seem so overblown that it was probably a deliberate effect - if so "yay"! ;D

The first one looks like it was shot in a studio!

I kinda like the softer white look.....just me though, it depends on what the use of it is.

Flowers make me think of weddings, weddings make me cry :'(

Why yes, the blown out look was deliberate - though after seeing it, I like the corrected version too...

They were shot in a studio as well, if by studio you mean, "corner of the basement with 3 pieces of foam core surrounding the subject".
