Flap noise?

When my new HVX200 is off if you tilt the camera back and fourth it sounds like a flap is opening and closing when I turn the camera on it sounds like a servo moves shortly and all of a sudden when the camera is tilted the noise doesn't happen anymore... any idea what this is (sorry odd newbie question lol)

Nothing to worry about, perfectly normal.
