FLahs player that pops up when link is clicked?

[dory_breaux]

I need help getting a flash player to pop up when the link to it is clicked.

I have no idea what to do after I get my files converted to FLV. I'm using Dreamweaver CS3, and I've gotten FLVs embedded into pages fine, but I'd like a player to pop up instead of it just sitting on the page. I think it looks better and it keeps the page more organized.

any help appreciated!

thanks,
Dory

Why not just put a regular flash player in it's own window the exact size of the player, and then have the link launch that window?

Thats too simple and obvious!

Actually no I hadnt thought of that. Good idea I'll see how well it works.
