I am using the Panasonic 20mm Pancake and am experiencing lots of breathing. Two questions.. what settings can help reduce it? and does anyone know a good way to fix it?

But seriously the lens breathes, it's not the camera. The setting that fixes it is a new lens I'm afraid. Still lenses will breathe because it isn't an issue for stills. Part of the reason cine lenses cost more is the design that goes into eliminating it (amongst other things). Some lenses breathe more than others so you'll have to experiment. But shooting with a longer lens from further away should minimise (but not eliminate) the effect when you rack focus.
