Quick review - I wasn't a fan of the music - it was like a cat playing a synthesizer. With the lighting there were some inconsistencies. For example you could have utilized more fill in most of the shots, switched up the lighting for the dumbbell chest fly. There was nice movement, good editing, pretty good variety, but I'd watch for the last few shots that are all of similar composition. For such a short spot you may want to storyboard it out for composition-time-variety-economics.
There was a sense of fun in the spot, and the graphics were well done (except you might make the spotlight on the final graphics brighter, colours more saturated).
