SHORT: Fish

I am starting to shoot a short film called fish except to day I hit a bump in the road, and that bump exploded. The main part of my film requires shots from inside a petstore of fish. I contacted both pesmart and Petco but neither will allow cameras in their stores. The manager from petco was really nice about it and told me how it was a stupid rule that the corperate suits enforce. So now I am stuck. I have written emails to the corperate HQ's of each company asking for permission, but I do not know how well that will go. What should I do if they deny my request to shoot in thier store? Should i sneak in and try to get as much footage or what?

please help
 
Find an independent aquatic store. I don't know where you live but in major metro areas they shouldn't be too hard to find.
