Totally psyched up about my new cam -

I am a real novice at all this, but am a former print reporter making the transition from text to video.

FCP, Macintosh, video - all a brave new world. But loving the prospect of it, and this seems like a great camera to learn on.

that was well done, warm tone, and the usual pana's rich colors. Last bit of fun before school starts?

So what are your initial opinions about the cam?

Mac crashes? Say it ain't so!

Thanks - well, so far I am enjoying this camera plenty. Not that I have much to compare it to! This is very much a bottom up self-training process.

(Here is one more I added to the original post. Afternoon of the same day.
