Dear all,
I've been used to working with simple video shots on a Panasonic DVX-100, but now I have gone a new way and invested in the Panasonic GH2 for shooting video.
Tomorrow is my first field day of practise with the camera and I would like some advice from you to get a good experience.
I would consider myself pretty trained in framing shots nicely as well as I have a good understanding of how pictures work together in a movie, but when it comes to video setup on a DSLR I'm a novice.
The scene I'm gonna shoot is a young man training CrossFit (I think its a running exercise tomorrow) indoors. I would like to get a result something like this professional guys testing video project, "The Boxer":

What are your advice on the setup when shooting. I have the Panasonic 14-140mm lens and the 20mm Pancake.
Thanks you for helping me out.
