I finally got my DVX on Friday. Didn't even get to use it for the first time until Saturday, when, while working on a project, I discovered I needed some extra footage for an intro to a series of videos.

What better way to break in my new workhorse? Without testing any settings, I bravely set forth and captured my first-ever DVX footage, edited into palatable shape for your viewing pleasure (Quicktime 6.x):
