First solo shoot! need critic

I have had internships and worked on short films but this weekend was my first lone corporate shoot. I used a GH2 with the 14-42mm kit lens, 2 crappy lights from tubetape and a zoomh1 with a $30 audio technica lav mic. Despite the cheap gear everything went smoothly.

Here is a super rough cut of my first draft. I need to clean up the audio and get names for the rest of the lower thirds. I also need to go through my b-roll shots again and try to replace a couple of the grainy shots.

I did this video for super cheap, just trying to build a reel so I can actually get a full time job somewhere.

Anyways, what are some things I can do to clean this video up and make it better? Also, any tips for future shoots?

Cut those levels ASAP - it's not as noticeable with the guys, but the woman at the start is throwing distortion left and right.

You did a pretty good job at getting each person to give a talk which is something that's not always easy to do!
I don't know whether they knew whether to look at the camera or diagonally (interview style) so that might be something to improve for later.

The colors are a bit dark, but I guess that's out of your control as most conference places use those horrible CFL downlights.

Looks good. Just a few shots on the dark side of exposure. The important thing is that you always improve from experience. Good luck.
