Why the combing? Almost looks interlaced. Colors are nice though.

yeah I noticed this too, I don't really understand. It even don't look 24p. I import with FCP using the default setting (don't really know what they are) and using a 29,97fps timeline

Might wanna check your sequence settings. Go to audio/video settings and select sequence settings and scroll through the menu to find options for 23.98 and 24 etc.

Could be the export settings, and the high shutter gives it that video look kinda.

my shutter speed was at 1/48, my shtter speed is always the double of my frame rate
