First short on the DVX

i would call rush at evsonline.com and tell him what mic you have and he will figure out what your options are.

its so much better to call him and explain what you think you need and then he can point you in the right direction. a lot easier than sweating it when you order something blind and hope it fits the way you hope it will.

francheezie, I would say join the IFP (like I did), and also visit columbia college for people that share your passion.

One thing I'd suggest is to change the piss sound from "always hitting the water" to "occasionally hitting the floor"
