Nicely done. Good solid event footage--lighting, exposure, sound.
I like how the skin tones looked, even though the lighting probably wasn't the best.
What were you settings?

The lighting was difficult... the Red Carpet Backdrop was well lit, and my Litepanels Micro did not have the power to light their faces well, in the backlight type situation. I always have the zebra on, so when I used the shutter manually, I could tell that the backdrop would be overexposed if I was not careful. I also had little room to work with, with other videographers and photographers around, so I encountered a few shadows by reporters on the red carpet etc. shheeessh. I believe I would have had the setting on flou. I'm not sure if I answered about the "settings," but it was definitely a crash course.
