How did you produce the white "flash" transitions? is it a drip to color transition or what?

I asked another producer and got different answers. I want to know how he did it, not the different ways it could be done or how the last guy did it. If it was done the same then fine but that is yet to be seen (or heard). Is it a simple drip to color, gamma correction or something else?

I was curious to see how you went about securing some of the music rights to your movie. The reason I ask is because I do a lot of filming out in Glamis and I'm planning making a full-length sandrail dvd, and I have been wondering how I can go about getting some good music on it...
