I know it's pretty average, but had to finally post something instead of being an armchair critic.

Now go on, someone tell me it's overexposed or something.. :D

Heh heh

It is somewhat Overexposed but only if it was unintentional. Look at the FILM THREAD on MYSTIC RIVER and there is a whole discussion on Overexposure.

Im my humblest of opinions? I would have brought it down but the lighting is super nice on her face even though its a little HOT on the cheek highlight.

Maybe bringing it down and then using some foamcore to bounce onto the face would be better?

mucho gracias hudson! Actually the whole thing was unintentional - it was just me and my girlfriend lloking out the window, so the light is sunshine, but thanks for the tip with the foam core.

Nice subtly shallow depth of field. Anything in the works? I love seeing grabs made with this camera ... but I love videos even more. :)

Keep it up.

Well spotted, actually that morning we had finally understood depth of field and how to use the iris (go on, laugh it up), so were going crazy testing it out. We're making a film later in the year, I'm currently writing the story/script - will post more as we get further... :)
