Has anyone began shooting tv shows with the HVX200? This camera would be perfect for the TV medium wouldn't it?
Iv'e now formally decided to get this camera and ditch the DVX100b. Why waste money on a camera that although is great, really cant compete with HD. Lets face it the way everythings going DV will go the way of Super 8 cameras.
As for film projection going the ghost, I beleave that is just around the corner.
Lets face, it it's cheaper to do a digital out the convert to a film master then run reprints.
Once the digital projectors are replaced in cinemas they will make more money thus more money will be spent on making digital media more advanced. More advanced you say? Wel'll i'm still waiting for the hologram projector first shown in STAR WARS back in 1977.....
Question though?
Digital projection, what medium do they project the image from. A dvd like disc or a hard drive? Maybe even a P2 card ;0)
just a thought
