COMMERCIAL: First commercial trailer - Help needed

I know very little about filmmaking. I've been reading a lot of tips and threads on this forum and it gave me the impression that maybe I could shoot my own videos and do a small trailer. Well, it has been an adventure and a half. First thing that I quickly realized is that you better be well organized. The item, be a filter, or lens or.... that I needed always seemed to be the one that I left back home. Second thing, there is no such as an easy, walk-in-the-park shoot, at least for me. All I needed was some beach footage. I set the tripod, hit record. Shot maybe 10 scenes from different angle, etc. I get home and review the footage. On every single one of them, I have lovebugs (the insects) doing their things. All I needed was some 70's music, and crushed velvet and I would have been in the insect porn business... I tried to do the post production in Vegas 12. Talk about a high learning curve. I don't know if it is me, but that program doesn't seem to be intuitive at all. I can only use 1% of its functions. If there is a more intuitive program, I'm all ears. I spent 6+ hours just trying to render a 1 minute clip.... I have a whole new found respect for professional videographers/post editors. That stuff isn't as easy as it seems. Anyway, here is short clip. I know it's very basic, but if you have some helpful pointers, please share. The beach video is shot with a gh2 and all underwater shots are with gopro. Keep in mind that the underwater shots are not handheld. The camera is lowered into the shipwreck with a fishing rod from a boat. The shipwrecks are about 200ft deep.

The only suggestion I have for your clip would be the text/titles seem too big to me and the first one is too close to the top of the frame.
