First Commercial Shot with HPX-300

Nice footage, everything clicked, until the close on the sign.

Question: In Wichita, do they usually announce on their signage that a restaurant is "upscale" ?? Man, that is tacky.

Video quality looks great. My only question - which I'm guessing you had no control over - is why show an empty restaurant? Seems strange (if only subconsciously) to see nobody there eating the food. ;)

Very nice! What scene file/settings? I usually populate my restaurant scenes with people but I think in this case an empty one worked because of the clean architecture. Did you slo mo in post?

I'd reckon from the huge photo of the ranchers on the wall that "Upscale" is a bit tongue in cheek. I thought the all-important food shots looked great, which is not always easy to do. Loved the cherry shot too. I could have done without the lettuce guy or the blade cutting the peppers on the shaky table. I'd agree with the others about the lack of diners which makes the place look dead. I've done quite a few restaurant commercials over the years and we always have the place line up family, friends & employees for a few hours of free food and drinks. About half-full looks best - popular without being too crowded.

I liked it very much. In what format did you export the finished video from FC I presume? What was the final file size? Is it 720 or 1080 ?

Personally I'g like to see a bit of post softening.... I reckon some nice vignettes and probably allot of work in AE to get a softer look.... the basis is there... cheers
