First attempt at Muzzle Flash

It's ok but still looking fake.

Keep working at it until perfection reigns !

Try using a bit of transperency, expecially a daytime muzzle blast. One can barely see any at all in the daylight hours.
 
I'd work on the sound design a bit more. If you can, try to make the gun shot sound like it would if you were shooting outside.
 
lol, I did, it was driving me crazy. I tried mixing a bunch of different gun shots but still, I'm not very happy with it
 
i think the muzzle flash and blood looked really fake. so did the fact that you used an older looking revolver. an airsoft gun with blow back would look a lot better. BUT, other than that, i was laughing so hard. it was really well done, and the main dude in it just had me dying. i really loved the concept, a lot.
