First Annual Official DVXuser DVXFest International Film Festival Screening

Shawn and Ken are still getting their beauty sleep. I sent my dog in a few minutes ago to wake them up. Shawn couldnt see me watching, but he gently picked her up, set her outside and closed the door again. LOL. Oh well. I'll try again in a few minutes. On a plus note, I've been using this time to work on a script that I've put off all week.

I have no idea when we'll be over since I dont know when the girls will get out of bed.

See you at some point, though.

Right now I am at Super Luis's house and Mark Johnson is forcing me to post something before I go to sleep. The screening was great, I had a good time and met a lot of kick-arse people. Further, I want to thank whomever is responsible for Rogan actually wearing pants today. Everyone here is plastered except for me, but at least we're having a good time :grin: I will post more from the hotel at some point.

EDIT: MattinSTL just ATTEMPTED to explain a plot idea he has that should have taken 5 minutes but was instead dragged out into a 20 minute incomprehensible slur of "dudes" and "books." But I can't blame him, it's late and he's been having a good time :)beer:). :D He's going to kill me when eh reads this post after the headache wears off...

Hey I left at 3:00am stone cold sober had not even one sip of the Liq. Can't say the same for the wife but she had a great time. WE got home at 5:00 and the sun was coming up.

Hey thanks for the cheese burgers with cheese at 2:00am. I know Tim loved them once he got one. You are truly a great host and it was pleasure meeting you and your wife. My wife loves you guys and had a great time. We did make it home at 5:00am safe and sound. Sorry probably won't take the 2 hour drive down today but we are there in spirit.

Good show put on by Fatmonster and DVXuser.com, it was interesting to see everyone from the boards, and i got to meet some one as well that was awesome to meet.

Thanks for putting this one.
 
Hope you guys are all having fun at the bbq... Thanks Luis and the rest of the fat monster crew for an awesome job overall at the screening, and for a great time afterwards.

Sorry, I couldn't make the bbq today, but had to catch a flight.

JDS ended up crashing at my awesome two room suite last night so we could cuddle.... err, I mean... he slept on the fold out couch in the other room :)

Got up at 9 and took him back to fatty west and then ditched for the airport.

I'm in Memphis right now.

It was great to finally meet someo f you guys and put faces to usernames.

Congratulations to everyone, and thanks again for making it a great event.

* apparently I"m much peppier seeming on the boards than I am in real life :)

Nope. But i walked passed ya a couple times outside after the show while i was on the phone on hollywood blvd. i didnt talk to anyone actually, i got there early and went straight to the bar ;)
