Firmware Update Problem

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade the lens firmware in my new GH1. I have downloaded the 1.2 zip file on my mac, but I can't seem to extract the firmware file for the SD card. When I double click the zip file, it just makes another zip file.

Again, I am on a mac. Any ideas?

Now looking at it again, I think the "bin" file, "ES100312.bin" is actually all ready extracted. So, this must be the file to put on the SD Card. Can someone please confirm this. Would like to be sure before I put it into the camera.
