We have 5 HMC 150 cameras and all but one is on the latest firmware, 1.21... Updated them myself. The problem is that one of them reports that it is on firmware version 2.21, a version that does not even seem to exist for this camera. It also will not respond to the P2StatusLogger software and fails if I attempt to run the 1.21 firmware update.
Is this a known issue with this camera? Is there a solution to this problem?
