Firmware 1.21 and non-Panasonic Batteries

I intend to uptade my HMC151.
Is somebody experienced "remain time indicator" issue with non-Panasonic batteries after new firmware 1.21 updating ?

-Panasonic batteries work fine (obviously)
-IDX work fine but still do not show the time (only battery meter)
-I have 2 of the Ebay batteries from Hong Kong and they work fine, but the time displayed is not correct. The countdown decreases by one minute every 40 seconds, so effectively I only get 66% of what is displayed. Still, they are an amazing deal.

I can't comment whether this is an issue with 1.21 alone as my hmc150 came with 1.21 out of the box.

I have also two non-Panasonic batteries equivalent VW-VBG6 7.4v 5400mAh (from Ebay Poland $40 each).
Both operate fine and the remain time is correctly indicated (countdown ok) with firmware 1.20.

This is my concern for 1.21 firmware updating.

This sounds a bit like the Apple update which bricked a whole lot of jailbroken iPhones.

Finally, I updated my HMC151 from 1.20 to 1.21 firmware.

Up today, I seen any real difference on the picture point of view after updating.

Regarding my non-Panasonic batteries, these ones operate fine with this new firmware.
The time displayed is correct. The countdown decreases by one minute every minuts.
