Firewire

[themaestro]

Will someone please tell me what kind of firewire cable I need to connect this camera to a computer? Where do I get such a cable, what is it called?

Any 6-pin to 6-pin firewire cable will work. You just want a standard FW400 cable, 6-to-6.

The camera has a 6-pin plug but you need to see if your computer has 6-pin, 4-pin or both. Laptops usualy have 4-pin and desktops have both.

It can also be called IEEE1394 cable.
