Firewire out and record at the same time

Hi there,

I'm just wondering... I went through the manual and tried googling but couldn't find the answer. Is the HPX170 capable of recording onto the P2's while sending a signal to a computer through firewire (for live streaming purposes) at the same time?

Plans have changed...

New question: can the HPX give a component out feed and record onto the P2 cards at the same time?

YES. but remember, component out is image only. no sound

Thanks wgzn... now they decided to use composite instead.... which I know for a fact I can record and feedout at the same time.
