firewire connexion with firestore

If you shoot with the HVX-200 and record directly to a hardrive (Firestore), is the 1 x 6-pin IEEE-1394 cable the same than our usual cables or does it have a special lock so that the cable doesn't come out if you pull on it? And what happens if while recording the cable comes out?
Because often you have to shoot will walking/running and the firewire input in all DV/HDV/DVCPROHD cameras is very fragile so I'm afraid that the cable doesn't hold very well in the connectors or brakes it!


Can't wait for the HVX to come out in Switzerland!!
 
I think we'll find the definite answer to your questions in Dec., but I really doubt there'll be a lock. These types of issues will be around until P2 finally comes into bloom (earliest mid-2007?).
