Firestore Help! Urgent!

Sorry for the all caps title, but I'm hoping someone can help me fast. I'm currently shooting with the HVX and the Firestore. Everything works fine for about 20 minutes, then, after I stop recording, the Firestore freezes and I have to reset it. The shot could be 15 seconds long and when I stop recording, the thing freezes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Are you able to send me a phone number where you can be reached (send to mmcewen at focusinfo.com)? I will have someone call you from tech support today. That would be better than trying to get to the bottom of this on the forum.

The people at Firestore are suppose to get back to me about a possible solution. Has anyone else had this problem? Could it be a setting? I thought a found a sensible workflow for it but maybe not. Anyone?
