I have an older Firestore FS100 out of warranty, that snapped off one of the flimsy battery contacts when removing battery. (The original battery is extremely tight when installed, engineering issue) This drive has already been back to Focus once before and repaired. Does anyone have any ideas how to locate parts, specifically the small circuit board with the three gold battery contacts?????
