FireStore FS-100 Need Repair Suggestions

I have an FS-100 that was dropped. It starts up and gets to the main screen ok, but keys don't work. The drive sounds fine.

I'm looking for troubleshooting suggestions ... or Boston area repair gurus. Otherwise, any other suggestions are welcome. Cash poor and relying on this drive.

I wish I had something good to tell you....The folks at Focus are the absolute worst at customer service. They do not return calls, messages etc.

I have learned to make any and all repairs via this and other boards. I will never purchase and product from them.
