Firestore AVID X-press problems -help

I am having problems playing back clips shot on the new Panasonic HVX200 that were recorded on the FS-100 drive?. I shot a full Firestore, and organized the P-2 before dragging the contents folder to an external eSata drive. I then opened up Avid and hit Media tools and brought in the clips into the project. The clips will import just fine but some of them will not play back at all.. The error message reads AUDIO: PMM_INSUFFICIENT MEDIA () Player version of duration is longer than actual [438996] (4337024)

The numbers at the end are always different depending on the length of the clip, the first longer than the second. Does anyone have a solution to this problem. I own Avid version 5.6.3 Pentium 4 with a 3.60 CPU. Has anyone ever had this problem.

thanx

Matt,

argh it was a rental. But i must say i rented two firestores and one i didn't havve a problem, but the other one i did. The settings on at least the menu pages seemed the same (ext. TBC, Tapless, etc.) but i am thinking what if this particular firestore wasn't updated etc. I have seen on the Avid site, a member that had simialr problems - yet no one seems to be able to answer his problem etc. What other way can i load the MXF files into AVID other than a CONTENTS folder with separate folders for Video, Audio, etc. and bring them into AVID via the Media Tool?
