Here is my lossfest entry gray days. This is the full finished version with everything that had to get cut out of the two submissions for time purposes. I hope you guys like it, and watch it through again in it's finished state. Please leave comments and tell me your opinions. I don't mind any criticism either. I need to hear it so I can grow as a film maker.

Well its handheld and quite chaotic at times ,you lost focus many times ,your DOF is too shallow ,switch to f2.8 or even 3.5 like it is in films,its very hard to film with such shallow dof especially handheld.Too shallow DOF is most common problem with full 35mm frame videos.
 
It is very chaotic. I appreciate your comments. There were several times especially in the very chaotic scenes where focus was almost impossible, so I just focused close to where it should have been and we started running. There were other times where focus became a small issue. It's difficult to be completely accurate with the d90 at times.

What happens if you stop down to 2.8 ? It helps ? Or not much? Cause with 35m adapter it doesnt help me much when i have full frame of 35mm film,when i crop frame like they do it in films to academy size then its better.
 
I enjoyed it. The out of focus scenes did not throw me as the action was frenetic and it was okay to be a bit blurry. The mafia boss's acting threw me a little, but overallvery cool. Some great shots like the dolly to gunshot at the start with the edge lighting from the headlights. Congrats on a great film. Send it to festivals! -Matt
