first scene: the dialogues are a little to low, compared with the music. The effect of "the music seems to sound as loud as the dialogues and still the dialogues are understandeble and I realy don't know how they do it", is done by mixing/compression/using the "silent parts" in music pieces.... And it's not boomed...which also gives some problems of understanding.
Around 00:28 I hear a voice: "ok"...probably the director ?
Scene at the restaurant: anoying buzz sound coming from a lamp, or soundcable touching an electric cable or.....
People get bored when they have to watch a shot for more then 5 seconds.... Record more shots: reaction shots, close ups, inserts....
Let people talk without sound in "many people involved scenes", like the restaurant.
The scene with the 2 guys is better cutted. You get action/reaction...
The waiter throwing the drink....it's ...Well... He does it on purpose for me. You can see he just turns the plate
You used automatic focus ? Some shots have the wrong focus....
The acting of the 2 guys and 2 girls is good. So it's 90% of technical isues...(focus, sound, mixing, editing, having more shots)
