I wasn't sure if I wanted to pick up a 4.0 lens since my other two lens were 2.8 and 1.4 but after reading one person comment about lens (he doesn't shoot below 5.0) I thought to myself neither do I so I went ahead and gotten the 24-105mm 4.0 L IS and even though I only have had it for one day I really like this lens (by the way I'm shooting on the 5d mkiii).
So here is something I started thinking about; now that i have my new lens I wonder if I should sell my Segma 50mm 1:1.4 lens? Would I use it at all? And another question that came up with was my 70-200mm 1:2.8 L IS II. I haven't used that lens at all. Any interior filming the lens is too big I needed more of a wider lens. Is anyone using the 70-200mm on their projects and if so where in the project? Would either of these lens be worth removing from my small group of lens? Thanks for any feedback.
I have read that the L glass is a good glass to add to your Canon lens collection.
