very impressive, the ONLY thing I would change is the font at the end. It just does not belong. Or maybe change its color, but I would change the font itself to something a little more futuristic.

that was awesome! how'd you do that crazy blue light aura stuff? the only thing i'd change, and it's probably too late to reshoot, is i would NOT have her constantly adjusting her collar. it makes her like she's trying a little too hard to be cool.

the font is the corporate font, cant be changed if the name PHILIPS appears according to the PHILIPS bible...heh.
The second collar thing was actually her fixing her coat to get ready to step out of the bubble but it does look like she pulling it up again. I only had that one day to shoot for this. After this deadline I can go back in and tweak away to my hearts content without worrying about getting everything done on time. Im happy with it in the time given for once. It gives me the incentive to start shooting a bunch of effect ideas I have been thinking about. I just dove in on this one not knowing if it would be as convincing as it is. The keying out of the background was really hard in the reappearing scene. I had to use the flatten matt plugin around 20 times to get the background to drop out because of all the gradients in it along with a few matt chokers and color replacers.

I don't mean to insult the actress but I think the actress should have been more immediately commanding in presence and this one wasn't doing that. This one looked like she was smirking as if what she was doing was a joke.

heh, the actress was my 13 year old daughter. I had to use her because there was no one else around and she fit the black coat I had. Had no time to ask around for anyone either since it was like, hey we need a new DVD intro and its due next week! and that was on a friday. But they love it and thats all that matters now.

My daughter just saw this on the plasma screen with the suround sound and was like holy crap, I didnt know it was going to look like that. She hasnt seen any of it before that...:) she had the biggest smile on. Made me happy..

im kinda confused as to wat this is. Was this an intro to another movie you made around here. Ill look around for your other work. good work on the 3d and wat not. my fav is how well the "white room" keying came out i love that look (borrowed from the matrix)

its the intro for a demo and testimonial DVD i did for the software company I work for. The rest is too boring to subject anyone to. Gotz to create stuff like that to make my stay here bearable.
