Final Files and Upload Question

Newbie question - what file format do we use for the upload? We shot in 720 24P. Just didn't want to wait till the last minute and discover I couldn't deliver a certain file type.

They will announce it, but it's usually a H.264 (.mp4 or .mov) limited to 100mb in size.....if I recall correctly.

Thanks. That's doable.
